Pickup and Drop-Off
If you’ll be picking up passengers at Boston Logan, we encourage you to use our cell phone lot while you wait for your loved ones. We also offer hourly parking and dedicated pickup areas at each terminal curb. Curbside parking is not allowed at any of our terminals.
Cell Phone Lots
Boston Logan has conveniently located cell phone lots. They are a great place to wait for arriving passengers. Read a book or magazine, catch up on your email, and wait for the call that your passengers have arrived, retrieved their baggage, and are on their way to the terminal curb.
Our terminals are less than five minutes away. Follow signs back to Terminals A, B, C or E.

You can also find the cell phone lot by simply following the signs when you arrive at the airport.
Please note that there are no restroom facilities in the cell phone lot.
Cell Phone Lot Guidelines
- 30-minute maximum wait time.
- No unattended vehicles.
- No commercial vehicles.
- No idling.
Short-Term Parking
If you would like to park when picking up or dropping off passengers, Boston Logan has a variety of convenient parking options for you to choose from. All Boston Logan parking areas have both hourly and daily rates.
- Central Parking Garage - Easy access to all terminals.
- Terminal B Parking Garage - Easy access to Terminal B.
- Curbside parking is not allowed at any terminal.

Pick up arriving passengers at the Arrivals level (lower level) of each Logan Airport terminal.
- Follow signs for “Arrivals”
- Pickup passengers curbside, outside baggage claim
- Do not wait at the curb, only proceed when your passenger is ready outside
- If you arrive early, follow signs to the Cell Phone Lot, where you can wait until your party exits the terminal
For a smoother pickup, have passengers contact you once they are outside their terminal at Boston Logan and ready for pickup.
No. You cannot wait in your car at the terminal curb at Boston Logan International Airport.
- Curbside waiting is not allowed, and vehicles may be asked to move by airport police
- To wait for an arriving passenger, follow signs to the free Cell Phone Lot
- Once your passenger is outside and ready, drive to the Arrivals level (lower level) for curbside pickup
- You can also park at one of our hourly parking garages if you prefer to meet your passenger inside the terminal

Wait in the lot until your passenger has exited the terminal, then drive to the Arrivals level (lower level) for curbside pickup.
JetBlue flights arrive at Terminal C, and Delta Air Lines flights arrive at Terminal A at Boston Logan International Airport.
International flights arrive at Terminal E.
Passengers should confirm their arrival terminal with their airline before traveling, as terminals can occasionally change.
