About Uber Shuttle
The Uber Shuttle is a fixed-route, scheduled service that runs along two routes between Boston Logan and Central Boston or Cambridge. Book ahead up to 3 days before your travel date or up until the scheduled departure time, for yourself and up to four other passengers. For more information, visit the Uber app.
From the Home tab of the Uber app:
1. Enter your destination in Where To?
2. Select the Uber Shuttle option
3. Select your preferred pickup time and how many seats you need (up to 5 per booking)
4. Review your fare
5. Tap Confirm to reserve your Shuttle.
From the Services tab of the Uber app:
1. Select the Shuttle icon
2. Enter your destination
3. Select your preferred pickup time and how many seats you need (up to 5 per booking)
4. Tap Confirm to reserve your Shuttle.
Once you make a reservation in the app:
1. You’ll receive a ticket with a QR code and a unique PIN 5 minutes before the trip starts. Your driver will scan your code as you board the shuttle.
2. You can track your shuttle and view the pickup location on the Uber app’s home screen 5 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. The pickup location will be shown on the map.

Ticket to Skip
Every Uber Shuttle or Lyft Shuttle ride to the airport comes with a Ticket to Skip from Massport, allowing you to skip to the front of the security line upon arrival at Boston Logan.
