Car Sharing
Now at Boston Logan: Car sharing, a peer-to-peer service that allows travelers to rent a car directly from the owner using an app.
Passengers renting a car through Turo can pick up their car share from the Economy Parking Garage (ground level) by taking the On-Airport Shuttle (Route 88). Passengers can find our blue shuttle buses curbside on the lower level of each terminal. Follow signage for “Ground Transportation,” then look for “Shuttle Bus” on the terminal curb.
Peer2Peer Car Share Parking Transponder Program
Peer2Peer Transponder program is a requirement of the Peer2Peer operations program at Boston Logan.
The program allows access to Peer2Peer parking spots in Boston Logan’s dedicated P2P Parking areas, conveniently located inside the Economy Parking garages. Peer2Peer Parking vehicle owners (“Host(s)”) receive a transponder for easy payment, allowing you and your guests to eliminate the parking payment kiosk.
Upon successful enrollment, your credit card will be charged a one-time enrollment transponder fee. There is no annual renewal fee. The initial cost to enroll is $30*, which includes the enrollment fee and the transponder fee.
*Peer2Peer Transponders, which are required for entry and exit, are mailed to the address on file within 5-10 business days via USPS.

Peer2Peer Car Share Parking at Boston Logan is in designated Peer2Peer areas of the Economy Parking Garage only.
You can choose to park within the Peer2Peer parking spaces in the Economy Parking Garage: Ground Level. The P2P Entrance is located on Prescott Street.
Hosts shall pull into the garage using the P2P entrance lane.
Be sure your vehicle transponder is affixed to the vehicle’s front window for the gate card reader to properly work. Do not pull a ticket.
Proceed to a P2P parking space.
Guests will exit and later re-enter the P2P parking area using the same vehicle transponder.
Use P2P exit lane with the transponder in front window of your vehicle. Your parking fees will be automatically charged to your credit card and your receipt emailed to you within 24 hours.
If the system is unable to authorize the parking charge with the credit card on file, you will be required to provide an alternative payment at the gate. Please put any valid credit card in the slot (stripe down and to the right). The current charge will be applied to that credit card. The receipt will be provided to you at the point of sale and will NOT be sent via email or appear on your account page. Please note, this action does not change the credit card information that is on file with Massport.
