Strategic Plan

The 2025 Strategic Plan sets a long term vision to guide Massport over the next decade, focusing on key initiatives, including modernization, technology adoption, community partnership, and climate resilience, across Boston Logan International Airport, Worcester Regional Airport, Hanscom Field, the Port of Boston, and Massport’s real estate portfolio.

On behalf of the Massport Board of Directors and our employees, we are proud to share the 2025 Massport Strategic Plan. This plan is the result of extensive collaboration with hundreds of stakeholders.
