Food and Beverage Retail Space at Viaduct Plaza
Massport seeks a partner to establish a fast casual dining concept in the heart of the South Boston Waterfront to appeal to a diverse customer base including local residents, employees, visitors, hotel guests, and more. The newly created retail space is located at the Viaduct Plaza along World Trade Center Avenue. Proposal submissions are due via Massport’s Bid Express platform by March 20, 2026.
