Interim Use Activation at Parcel D-3
Massport is seeking proposals from qualified entities to design, develop, finance, and operate an interim activation on Parcel D-3 that draws regional and national visitors, enhances the public realm, and contributes to the area’s cultural and economic vitality over a 5 to 15 year period. Submissions are due through Massport’s Bid Express website by February 27, 2026.
