Parking Tickets and Violations
Massport’s Parking Violations Office processes tickets issued on Massport property, including Boston Logan International Airport.
Please note: If you have any outstanding parking tickets, you may be unable to renew your driver’s license or vehicle registration until all parking tickets are paid.
Pay Your Parking Ticket
Online Payments
To pay your parking ticket online, you will need the ticket number, notice number, or Massachusetts registration plate number. Please note it may take a couple of days to access your ticket(s) after it has been issued. Online payments are available using a Visa or MasterCard.

In Person
If you prefer to pay in person, the Massport Parking Violations Office is located at Boston Logan on the lower level of Terminal C next to the Security Badge Office. Parking is available in the Central Parking Garage nearest Terminal C or at the surface lot in front of Terminal E, and standard parking rates apply. The office is easily accessible by public transportation, and is a short distance from the MBTA Silver Line stop at Terminal C. If paying in person, cash, check, money order, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express are accepted.
Unpaid Parking Fees
Customers with outstanding balances for parking fees can resolve them by paying the balance online.
Appealing a Parking Ticket
All appeals must be made in writing. Appeals will not be accepted over the phone. Appeals are to be mailed to Massport Parking Violations, One Harborside Drive, East Boston, MA 02128
Office Hours
The Massport Parking Violations Office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM. The office is closed on state holidays.
Ticket Categories
- MP Parking Tickets issued in the Maritime District in South Boston: Parking tickets not paid within 21 days of issuance are subject to late fees.
- ML Parking Tickets issued at Boston Logan or at Hanscom Field: Parking tickets not paid within 21 days of issuance are subject to late fees.
- GT Commercial Ground Transportation Violations issued at Boston Logan International Airport or at Hanscom Field in Bedford, MA.

In Person
TNC/Ride App Assessments may be paid in person at the Limo Pool, 40 Tomahawk Drive, East Boston, MA 02128 on Mondays from 1:30PM - 4:30PM and Wednesdays from 9:00AM - 12:00PM.
TNC/Ride App Assessment Appeals
All appeals must be made in writing. Appeals will not be accepted over the phone. Appeals are to be mailed to Massport GTU, One Harborside Drive, East Boston, MA, 02128. TNC/Ride App Violation Assessments not disputed or paid within 21 days may be subject to further penalties, including suspension.

Towed/Abandoned Vehicles
All towed vehicles are impounded and can be resolved at the Central Parking Office. The Central Parking Office is open 24/7 at Central Parking Garage Level 2, just to the right of the exit.
Vehicles are considered abandoned if left over 70 days. Anyone who plans to park for longer than 70 days should notify the Central Parking Office at 617-561-1673 so their vehicle will not be impounded.
