Getting Around Flynn Cruiseport Boston During Infrastructure Improvements
Flynn Cruiseport Boston is undergoing important infrastructure improvements designed to enhance your future cruise experience. While construction is underway, we ask all passengers to adhere to the boarding time that the cruise line has assigned on your boarding pass to avoid increased wait times. Throughout this transition, we remain committed to providing safe, accessible, and ADA-compliant services. We want every guest, especially travelers with disabilities, to feel supported from the moment planning begins. Below you will find helpful updates on trip planning, temporary check-in processes for the 2026 cruise season, transportation and parking, security procedures and on-site assistance, all designed to help make your journey as smooth and comfortable as possible.

Accessible restrooms are available outside the tented area as well as on each floor of the terminal. Elevators are available in the terminal. All elevators are equipped with emergency call buttons and braille signage.
In case of emergency, audiovisual fire alarms and automated external defibrillators are available throughout the terminal.
If parking at the terminal, after dropping your baggage, head to Massport’s cruise parking site, 93 Fargo Street, Boston, MA 02210. Parking arrangements must be made online prior to arrival here.
This parking area is conveniently located only five minutes from the cruise terminal. Signs will guide you to the center’s parking.
Accessible parking is located at 93 Fargo Street in designated spaces. A complimentary shuttle offers transport between 93 Fargo Street and Flynn Cruiseport Boston. All shuttles have a ramp to allow wheelchairs to enter.
Please arrive at least two (2) hours before your cruise ship's scheduled departure to allow ample time to board the shuttle, arrive at Flynn Cruiseport Boston, and go through security.
All travelers, regardless of disability, must pass through security checkpoints. Travelers with disabilities can access a separate lane after entering the Flynn Cruiseport Boston terminal that leads to the security checkpoint.

Thank you for choosing Flynn Cruiseport Boston to begin your journey. As we work to improve the future of cruising at our port, check-in for Norwegian Cruise Line passengers will take place at the white tented area at the end of the cruise terminal.
For those traveling with disabilities, please drop your bags at the tented area and enter through the tent entry way. A cruise line representative will direct you to a special assist area with seating where you will be informed about how to complete your check-in.
The distance from the baggage drop-off to the check-in tent is 1,100 feet. Accessible ramps are available on the sidewalk to the terminal. Please note that there is a secondary luggage drop-off area at the tent for those with mobility challenges, which is 100 feet from the tent check-in entrance.

Thank you for choosing Flynn Cruiseport Boston to begin your journey. As we work to improve the future of cruising at our port, check-in for Holland America Line passengers will take place on the third floor of the terminal.
For those traveling with disabilities, please leave your bags with our porters at the indicated Bag Drop area and head towards the outdoor concourse for security queueing. Escalator and elevator access is available from the concourse to the third floor. Access to Special Assist services is available via a cruise line representative on the third floor.
The distance from the baggage drop-off to the check-in area is 300 feet. Accessible ramps are available on the sidewalk to the terminal.
