In an effort to make the solicitation process more efficient and cost effective for both bidders and the Agency, the Massachusetts Port Authority (Massport) has adopted an electronic bidding process for all capital construction projects bid under Chapters 149 and 30. The electronic bids are submitted through the Massport Bid Express website as the only method of bid submission for these type of projects. All electronic bidders must first register on the Bid Express Registration Page and create an Info Tech account, free of charge, which is used to electronically sign and file bids. Note that if an individual has already registered with Bid Express for another agency, there is no need to register again.

Massport is sponsoring the cost and fees associated with all bids placed for any projects advertised by our Agency.
