The Massachusetts Port Authority (Massport) has requested the opportunity to consult with the Massachusetts Historical Commission (“MHC”) and, following an appropriate consultation process, enter into a Memorandum of Agreement (“MOA”) with the MHC with respect to 18 Neptune Road.
A public meeting to discuss the Memorandum of Agreement will be held at 6 p.m. June 2 at the Salesians Boys and Girls Club (Savio Hall), located at 150 Byron St., East Boston.
Massport submitted the DRAFT MOA for publication in the Environmental Monitor on April 23, 2008. To view the draft MOA, click here. At the public’s request, Massport has extended the public comment period an additional 30 days from May 13 to June 12, 2008 to facilitate further public comment.
