BOSTON - With forecasts calling for more winter weather headed our way on Saturday  February 14th and into Sunday, Feb. 15, Massport will be prepared with crews working throughout the storm to keep the airfield open, unless visibility deteriorates so much that it renders snow removal operations unsafe. Saturday is the least busy day for flight operations, but airlines still may choose to cancel flights. Airlines frequently automatically rebook passengers in advance of a storm, but it is important that passengers contact their airline about flight status before heading to the airport. The airport does not cancel flights; that is a decision made by individual airlines.
