Masking Update (expand)
Effective April 18: Masks are optional. The TSA no longer requires face masks at the airport, cruise terminal and on Massport operated buses.
The Massachusetts Port Authority’s Capital Programs and Procurement departments provide procurement support to Logan International Airport, Hanscom Field, Worcester Regional Airport, Conley Terminal, Raymond L. Flynn Cruiseport at Black Falcon Terminal and various administrative departments such as Information Technology, Humans Resources, Legal and Finance.
Massport seeks proposals for Goods and Services that are not included in the scope of the Capital Program Bids. Examples of these Goods and Services include:
Proposals for Professional Services are periodically requested by the Capital Programs department as well as other departments at Massport. Requests for professional services pertaining to construction projects may be found in the “Capital Bids – RFPs for Capital Programs” listing of opportunities. Requests for other professional services that are not related to construction projects may be found in the “Current Solicitations” listing.
Capital Programs is responsible for all construction-related contracts at the airports and maritime facilities. This includes agreements with general contractors, professional services agreements with architectural and engineering firms, and other such Capital Bid items pertaining to the construction projects managed by Capital Programs.
