What is Reserved Parking Express?
Is Reserved Parking Express right for me?
If you want assurance that you will have a space available to you when you arrive at Boston Logan International Airport (“Logan”) and don’t mind thinking about reserving each time you travel, the Reserved Parking Express program is for you. Your pre-paid parking fee is based upon the posted daily facility rate for the applicable garage you have reserved. This reservations program can be a valuable service for customers traveling during periods when parking volumes at Logan are historically high and diversions to other parking facilities are possible. There are a limited number of parking spaces available in the Reserved Parking Express Program, so make your reservation early.
Are parking reservations required?
No, reservations are NOT required in the parking facilities at Logan.
Can I reserve a specific parking space?
No, specific parking spots cannot be reserved. When you make a reservation, you are reserving an available space within the specific parking facility you choose.
How far in advance can I reserve a parking space?
You can reserve your parking up to twelve (12) months before your arrival.
Can I reserve parking on the day of my arrival to the garage/Can I reserve a space on short notice?
Reservations can be made and/or modified up to one (1) hour before arrival.
What is the maximum length of stay for reserved parking?
There is no limit to the length of stay for reserved parking, however, we recommend that you contact our 24-hour office at (617) 561-1647 with your license plate number if your stay will exceed two months (60 days).
Is there a reservation fee?
At the present time, there is no additional fee to reserve a parking space.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.
Do you accept Parking Card Exit Express or Gold Parking Express to pre-pay when reserving a space?
No, your Parking Card Exit Express card or your Gold Parking Express card cannot be used to pre-pay when reserving a space.

How is the Parking Card Exit Express Program or Gold Parking Express Program different from the Reserved Parking Express Program? Which is best for me?
If you travel frequently and want the convenience of ticketless entry/exit, the Parking Card Exit Express Program is for you. There is a one-time activation fee of $5 for this program. The parking fee is the daily facility rate.
If you travel frequently and want guaranteed access to the parking garage, without worry of being diverted to another facility, and you don’t want to have to think about reserving a parking space each time you travel, the Gold Parking Express Program is for you. There is a one-time enrollment fee of $200, which also covers the first year of membership in this program, and a $100 annual fee for each subsequent year. Your parking fee is equal to the daily facility rate plus $5 per day.
How To Make a Parking Reservation
How do I reserve a parking space at Logan?
Please sign in to the Reserved Parking Express homepage at https://park.massport.com and follow the onscreen prompts. Please retain a copy of your confirmation email.
Do I need to create a Reserved Parking Express Account to use the reservation service?
No. You do not need to create a reservation account to utilize the reservation service; however, creating an account allows you to save time for future visits as some of the required information is already entered when you create your account and your reservation history is available to you at a glance.
Should my parking reservation period mirror my flight departure and return times?
No. You should make your parking reservation for when you expect to arrive at Logan, and when you expect to leave Logan after your return flight. Generally, travelers arrive at Logan two to three (2 – 3) hours ahead of their flight departure. And generally, travelers return to Logan and leave within one to two (1-2) hours after retrieving luggage.
What is your reservation change, cancellation/refund policy?
Reservations can be modified or cancelled up to one (1) hour prior to scheduled parking arrival. After that time the reservation is locked. Refunds will only be considered in extenuating circumstances. Contact the Logan Airport Parking Office, at the contact information below, to discuss next steps in this instance.

Can I change my payment method before I arrive?
To change your payment method before you arrive, you must cancel your original reservation, and rebook with the accepted payment method you desire. The rebooked reservation will be at the rate applicable at the time of rebooking and will be subject to availability. All cancellations must be made one (1) hour prior to your reservation entry time.
Can I change my payment method after I have exited?
No. Changes to the payment method after entry are not possible.
What if I don’t receive a confirmation email or have lost it?
You can find a copy of your confirmation in your reservation record, located at https://park.massport.com
I need a receipt for my parking, how do I get one?
A copy is available in your Reserved Parking Express account.
What if I lose my credit card while traveling?
Your reservation is pre-paid. If your stay is extended beyond your reservation, any valid credit/debit card will be honored in the exit lanes.
Arrival and Exit at Logan with a Parking Reservation
What do I need to bring with me?
Please be sure to have your QR code available when you enter and exit the parking facility. The QR code was provided when you made the reservation. You can use either a printed copy or electronic version on your smartphone. When entering and exiting the parking facility, place the QR code under the QR cide reader on the ticket machine.
If you have a parking reservation, you should not take a standard parking ticket as you enter the Logan parking facility.
Is there a designated area where I have to park with my parking reservation?
There may be designated areas within each parking facility for customers with parking reservations. When you enter the parking facility, please follow the signs within the facility to the appropriate parking area.
What happens if I forget to bring my reservation code or delete it mistakenly?
Your reservation is available online, by signing into your reservation account at https://park.massport.com.
Can I arrive prior to my confirmed reservation time, will my parking reservation be honored?
There is a grace period for entry before your reservation scheduled entry time. However, if you arrive significantly ahead of your reservation scheduled entry time, you will be charged for an overstay. Overstays must be paid before you exit the parking facility, either at a Parking Pay Station by scanning your QR code, or in a cashier lane. Overstays are charged at the current posted parking rates and you will not be entitled to a refund or credit on those charges.
What do I do if I mistakenly pull a ticket, or I don’t use my reservation confirmation to enter the garage?
If you pull a ticket to enter, notify the parking operations immediately (at (617) 561-1647) so that you are not charged for your parking reservation. Keep the ticket because it must be used to exit the parking facility. Payment for the stay should be made at a Parking Pay Station or in the cashier exit lane.
What happens if my trip is extended while I am parked?
If your trip is extended while you are parked, you will be asked to pay for any time in excess of your reservation. This will be charged at the parking rates for the parking facility. When you arrive back at Logan, you may use a Parking Pay Station or cashier lane to pay for your excess time.
What happens if I return early?
There are no refunds offered for early returns, so please plan your reservation carefully.
