Boston Logan International Airport is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is not permitted inside any of the terminals. There may be designated outdoor smoking areas outside of the terminal buildings. Please look for signage. 

Yes, interfaith chapels and quiet reflection rooms are available in specify locations within terminals.

Yes, designated nursing stations are available in each terminal. Please refer to the airport map for their exact locations. 

Yes, Boston Logan has several designated children's play areas, called Kidports! The Kidports are located in specify terminal and gate areas. 

Each airline has its own policies and procedures for assisting unaccompanied minors. Please contact your airline directly to make arrangements and understand their specific guidelines. 

Designated indoor and outdoor pet relief areas are available. Please check our Traveling with Pets page for specific locations and guidelines. 

Yes, volunteer airport ambassadors are often available throughout the terminals to provide information and assistance to passengers. Look for individuals wearing identifiable uniforms or badges.

If you experience a medical emergency, please notify airport staff, a gate agent, or call for assistance using the emergency phones located throughout the terminals. There are medical facilities available at the airport.
