Boston Logan's 'Lost and Found' program is operated by the Massachusetts Port Authority, Public Services Department. This program is for lost items found in public areas of the terminals.
Please note that items lost in the TSA checkpoints, on aircraft, airline gate boarding areas, or Customs and Border Protection are not managed by the Boston Logan Lost and Found Program. Report Lost Item by Phone
You can report a lost item by calling
617-568-7514 and leave a message regarding your lost item, please leave details as to what terminal, airline and location, the more specific the better. Please note that you will only be contacted if your item is found. If you do not hear back from the Lost and Found office then your item was not located. Report Lost Item Online
You can also
report a lost item online where you can enter the information regarding the lost item in the automated form.
Your information on the lost item from your phone message or the automated form will be researched and if your item is located, you will be contacted to arrange for pick up at the Lost and Found Office located at the arrivals level between Terminals C and E, next to the Badge office.
Retrieve Lost Item
You may retrieve your item(s) in person from the Lost and Found Office located on arrivals level between Terminals C and E, next to the Badge Office.

You may also use a local shipping service to ship the item back to you at your own cost.
