*The after-hours surcharge is in addition to the base fee and is assessed when an aircraft uses United States Customs and Border Patrol services outside Customs’ normal business hours. Normal hours are 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM weekdays, except federal holidays. An aircraft is required to notify Customs in advance of its anticipated after-hours arrival. In the event the aircraft fails to arrive in accordance with its notification, it will be charged the after-hours surcharge in addition to the base fee.
