Massport’s Office of Diversity & Inclusion/Compliance is responsible for defining, enabling, and fostering an agency-wide culture that values diversity of talent, ideas, and backgrounds across all business streams of the Authority. The Department is organized into two areas: Diversity & Inclusion and Compliance.
Diversity & Inclusion ensures that Massport employees, tenants, business partners, customers, and stakeholders are treated fairly and equitably by enforcing a policy of no tolerance of discrimination, sexual harassment, and disparate treatment.
Compliance develops & supports minority, women, small business, and disadvantaged business enterprises and encourages them to pursue business opportunities with Massport. In addition, Compliance ensures adherence with federal and non-federal requirements and policies.
