The Massachusetts Port Authority ("Authority") is soliciting Expressions of Interest from parties that want to enter into a strategic partnership with the Authority to grow the cruise business in the Port of Boston.
The Authority will conduct a pre-submission conference and site tour on Thursday, November 2, 2006 at 1 PM at the Black Falcon Cruise Terminal at One Black Falcon Avenue in South Boston. Proposals are due by noon on Thursday, December 7, 2006.
