"At Massport, our passengers and their satisfaction are a top priority. These record-setting numbers prove that we have a service that provides a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business," said Massport CEO Craig P. Coy.
The first Logan Express was established in 1986 as part of a mitigation agreement by Massport to increase high occupancy vehicle ridership. Logan Express offers park and ride non-stop busing to and from Logan Airport with secure 24-hour parking. The service helps to reduce traffic congestion and improve convenience for passengers.
