E-Bill Express

Massport allows customers to pay their invoices online using a bank account or credit card with E-Bill Express.

Using E-Bill Express, the following customers can easily make payments online:

  • Hanscom T Hanger tenants
  • Worcester Regional Airport hangar customers

E-Bill Express Quick Reference Guide

  1. Visit E-Bill Express.
  2. Enter your account number and the first five characters of your name in the authentication box. Click “Enroll.”
  3. Enter information in the required fields indicated by a red star. Click “Continue to Step 2.”
  4. Choose a login ID and password, select a security image and label, select security questions and fill in the answers, and check on Terms of Service. Click “Continue to Step 3A.”
  5. Select a payment method from the drop-down box, enter an account description, and click “Continue to Step 3B.”
  6. Enter payment account information and check the I Agree box. Click “Continue to Step 4.”
  7. On the Activation Email page, read the instructions. Click “Send Activation Email.”
  8. An alert window will display informing you to go to your email account and open the email just sent to you. Click the “Activate” button or hyperlink. NOTE: Your access is not activated until you click the “Activate” button, and you will not be able to make payments.

  1. After you activate, you may log in to pay your bill.
  2. Enter your login ID and password in the Login column fields. Click “Login.”
  3. On the main menu, select “Pay My Bills.”
  4. Click the square check box in the beginning of each row to select the bill(s) you want to pay, enter or change the payment amount, select the payment method in the Payment Actions drop-down box, and select the payment date. Click “Continue.”
  5. Confirm payment information. Click “Pay.”
  6. Check the box “By checking this box…” agreeing to the Terms and Conditions. Click “Pay.”
  7. The confirmation page will display. Click “Finish.”

  1. On the Welcome page, click “Forgot Login ID” in the Login column.
  2. Enter your account number and the email address used during enrollment, and click “Request LoginID.”
  3. An email will be sent to your email address with your login ID.
     

  1. On the Welcome page, click “Password Help?”
  2. Enter your login ID and the email address used during enrollment, and click “Send My Password.”
  3. An email will be sent to you with a temporary password.
  4. Enter your login ID and copy and paste the temporary password from your email into the Password field on the Welcome page and click “Login.”
  5. On the next page, paste the same temporary password into the “Old Password” field and enter a new password in the “New Password” field.
  6. Answer the security questions and click “Submit.”
     

  1. Your password is case-sensitive. If you enter your password incorrectly three times, the system will lock you out.
  2. Click on “Contact Us” on the bottom of the Welcome page for contact information and ask Massport Accounting (617-568-5025) to unlock you. You do not have to change your password unless you cannot remember it.
