Accessible Van Service for All Terminals
Pedestrian walkways between Central Parking and all terminals B - E are enclosed and fully accessible. Because some of these walkways are long, Massport provides Accessible Van Service to transport patrons between Central Parking and each airport terminal. In order to take advantage of this service it is necessary to park in the "Over-Height" lot located to the right of the ticket dispenser just inside the Central Parking Garage. After parking, you can request the Accessible Shuttle Van by using the emergency call button located in the elevator lobby to the right of the entrance lane. Allow additional travel time when using this service.
In addition to van service, the Central Parking Garage offers accessible parking spaces adjacent to each of the terminal walkways. The vertical clearance is at least 6'10"  in each of these parking areas.

Over-Height (High-Top) Accessible Van Parking
The Central Parking Garage has an "Over-Height" lot located to the right of the ticket dispenser. After parking you can request a ride to any terminal using Massport's Accessible Shuttle Van Service.

Terminal A
Accessible parking spaces with a 6'10" vertical clearance, convenient to Terminal A are located on Level 4 directly in front of the walkway. An enclosed pedestrian walkway and a moving sidewalk will take you to an elevator lobby that brings you Terminal A. To access these spaces, after you take a ticket from the dispenser on the right hand side of Central Parking entrance plaza, turn right and go to Level 4.

Terminal B
Accessible parking is always available in the Terminal B Parking Garage as well as the Central Parking Garage. If either facility is full, speak to the attendant at the gate and you will be allowed entrance with an HP plate. At the Terminal B Garage, accessible parking is available on Level 3 with a vertical clearance of 6'6". Oversized van parking is available in the Central Parking Garage's "Over-Height" lot to the right of the entrance plaza in Central Parking.

Terminals C
Accessible parking spaces with a 6'10" vertical clearance, convenient to Terminal C, are located on Level 4 of Central Parking adjacent to the walkway to Terminal C. To access these spaces, after you take a ticket from the dispenser on the left hand side of Central Parking entrance plaza, go straight up the ramp and to Level 4, and drive as far as possible toward the back of the garage. Take a left and the accessible spaces are in Row C.

Terminal E
Accessible parking spaces with a 6'10" vertical clearance, convenient to Terminal E are located on Level 4 directly in front of the walkway. An enclosed pedestrian walkway and a moving sidewalk will take you to an elevator lobby that brings you to the curb outside of Terminal E. To access these spaces, after you take a ticket from the dispenser on the right hand side of Central Parking entrance plaza, turn right and go to Level 4.
