Customer Service Programs
While security and public safety will always be the top priorities at Boston Logan International Airport, customer service is not far behind as Massport's dedicated Public Services staff tackle the needs of the thousands of travelers that pass through the airport each day.
Massport's goal is to make Logan a convenient and user friendly airport that meets the needs and concerns of the traveling public.
Here is what you will discover about our Customer Service Programs:
- Public Information Booths

Booths are located at the
lower level baggage claim areas of terminals A,B,C and E. Public Service Representatives will assist customers with questions and concerns regarding ground transportation, airline services, concession inquiries, special needs and TTY services.
- Interpreter Services In addition to staffing the Massport Information booth in the terminals, the Public
Service Representatives provide Interpreting and translating services for a variety of languages, in the public areas of the terminals as well as to the U.S. Customs and Border Protection, the Massport State Police, commercial/charter airlines, and other airport tenants.
- 1 800-23-LOGAN Service Our help desks are manned with qualified Public Service Representatives who assist callers with questions and concerns regarding ground transportation, commuting challenges, airline support services, weather operations as well as offering TTY services.
- Logan Air
port Medical Patient Assistance Program This program, a partnership between Massport and Boston Healthcare International, a consortium of the areas' leading hospitals, seeks to alleviate the arrival and departure related stress of traveling to and from Logan by offering pre-arranged personalized greet and meet services for those passengers who come to Boston for medical assistance.
- Queue Assistance
Public Service staff are stationed strategically at departure queuing areas to offer customer service assistance throughout the terminal. They are responsible for proper queuing and facilitation of efficient passenger flow to the ticket counter areas and security checkpoints and in the Federal Inspection area.
