Pay Your Parking Ticket
Massport's Parking Violations Office processes tickets issued on Massport property.
Please Note: If you have any outstanding parking tickets, you may be unable to renew your driver's license or vehicle registration until all parking tickets are paid.
For your convenience, Massport offers a Pay-by-Web* service using a Visa or MasterCard. To access your ticket(s) online you will need the Ticket Number, Notice Number or Massachusetts Registration Plate Number.

If you prefer to pay in person, the Massport Parking Violations Office is located at Boston Logan International Airport on the lower level of Terminal C next to the Security Badge Office. Parking is available in the Central Garage nearest Terminal C or at the surface lot in front of Terminal E, and standard parking rates apply. The office is easily accessible by public transportation, and is a short distance from the MBTA Silver Line stop at Terminal C. If paying in person, cash, check, money order, MasterCard, Visa and American Express are accepted.

All appeals must be made in writing. Appeals will not be accepted over the phone. Appeals are to be mailed to Massport Parking Violations, One Harborside Drive, East Boston, MA, 02128
The Massport Parking Violations Office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The office is closed on state holidays.
MP Parking Tickets issued in the Maritime District in South Boston. Parking tickets not paid within 21 days of issuance are subject to late fees.
ML Parking Tickets issued at Boston Logan International Airport or at Hanscom Field in Bedford, Mass. Parking tickets not paid within 21 days of issuance are subject to late fees.
GT Commercial Ground Transportation Violations issued at Boston Logan International Airport or at Hanscom Field in Bedford, Mass.
TB Tobin Bridge Failure-to-Pay toll tickets issued prior to January 1, 2010. Please Note: If the violation occurred on or after January 1, 2010, or you have a ticket beginning with "TV" the ticket fee must be paid to the Violation Processing System for MassDOT (note: you are now leaving Massport.com and accessing a MassDOT webpage) or call 866-740-3467.
