The MASSACHUSETTS PORT AUTHORITY is soliciting a Request for Information for MPA Contract No. L1214-S1 – North and South Security Gates Under Vehicle Inspection Systems (UVIS), from vendors that provide systems with proven technology designed to provide accurate detection, display and identification of alterations, foreign objects, and anomalies within the undercarriage of passenger and commercial vehicles in diverse weather and light conditions.
The Authority has prepared a Request for Information (RFI) that describes the Authority’s intention to acquire and install an undercarriage vehicle inspection and detection system at Boston Logan International Airport (Logan) and discusses Evaluation Criteria and other requirements for the RFI. The full RFI will be available to interested parties beginning Wednesday, September 19, 2012 via email by contacting Susan Brace at sbrace@massport.com.
