| Scope of Work |
The scope of work shall include, but not limited to the following:
(1) The consultant is expected to review the existing electrical distribution documentation, all past electrical safety and preventative maintenance semi-annual audit reports for the past four years and all maintenance forms for the past two years to familiarize the consultant with all 13.8kV, 5kV and 480V equipment.
(2) The Consultant shall perform an initial inspection and review of all electrical maintenance and safety procedures, review, verify and modify one line electrical drawings and perform semi-annual inspections and reviews for the remainder of the term.
(3) At the end of each inspection the consultant shall meet with the maintenance and engineering personal to summarize findings and make recommendations followed by the formal audit report.
(4) All work shall be performed under the supervision of a Registered Professional Electrical Engineer in the State of Massachusetts.
