The Authority is seeking proposals for five commercial lease spaces, each located on the first and second floors of the East and West Buildings at the Boston Fish Pier, for seafood processing or other uses related to the seafood industry. The Authority seeks to enter into long-term leases with an initial term commencing approximately July 1, 2013 and expiring December 31, 2014, with three (3), five-year extension options through December 31, 2029.
