Massport seeks the consulting services of a qualified experienced outside consultant for the continued implementation of its ACDBE Program. The term will commence on January 1, 2013, and terminate on December 31, 2013, with three (3), one (1) year options to extend at the same price in Massport’s sole and absolute discretion.
