 Dates to Remember Monthly - Logan generators submit monthly fuel and deicer use forms to Cheryl Washington in the Environmental Management Unit. January through March - Air Pollution Source Registration due 60 days from the date on the DEP cover letter. This requirement is annual for major sources, triennial for non-exempt sources. March 1st - State Recycling Permit Approval Report due. Generators who recycle hazardous wastes under one of the DEPs recycling permits must submit reports for the year. March 1st - Federal Hazardous Waste Biennial Report due. Large quantity generators of hazardous wastes are required to submit reports to the DEP.
