Southbound Lane Closures Due to Jersey Barrier Removal and Line Painting

Starting Monday Nov. 5 and continuing through Tuesday, Nov. 13, there will be alternating and periodic double lane restrictions on the Upper Level from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. for Jersey barrier removal and line painting.
