 News Massport Issues Final 2000 ESPR for Hanscom Field 06/03/2003 The 2000 L. G. Hanscom Field Final Environmental Status and Planning Report (Final ESPR) provides summary information from the Draft ESPR and specific responses to the December 16, 2002 MEPA Certificate on the Draft ESPR. The ESPR presents 2000 activity levels and a range of 2005 and 2015 scenarios at Laurence G. Hanscom Field. The ESPR provides a comprehensive assessment of potential future environmental conditions, including: ground transportation; noise; air quality; wetlands; wildlife; water quality; cultural and historical resources; and sustainable development. This document is comprised of a Table Of Contents (approx. 600K in size) and 12 chapters ranging from 200K-3MB in size.
