Traffic Advisory:
Nighttime Highway Closure - Ted Williams Tunnel Westbound

The Ted Williams Tunnel westbound will be closed at night Monday, February 4, 2008 and Tuesday, February 5, 2008 from 11:30 PM to 5 AM the following morning.

This closure by the Massachusetts Turnpike Authority is scheduled to allow for overhead lighting replacement.

All traffic will be detoured to the Sumner Tunnel. Motorists destined for I-90 (Masspike) West and I-93 South should keep left and follow signs for Government Center and then follow detour signs and police direction for I-93 South and I-90 (Masspike) West. All ramp connections from the Sumner Tunnel to I-93 North and Storrow Drive will remain open when the Ted Williams Tunnel is closed.
