 News Request For Proposals- South Boston Maritime Park Cafi Food And Beverage Opportunity March 10, 2006 The Massachusetts Port Authority (Massport) is seeking proposals from qualified persons, firms or concessions interested in entering into a license agreement for the operation of a food and beverage outlet in the cafe within Massport's South Boston Maritime Park, located at "D" Street & Northern Avenue, in the South Boston Waterfront. Massport is seeking a motivated vendor who will provide high quality food items to the growing number of visitors to the Park. Massport's desire is to have an operator prepared to open the cafe this May. Interested parties are invited to attend an information session and site tour to be held on:
Seaport Hotel Liberty Room (plaza level) Northern Avenue South Boston, MA Copies of the RFP and additional information will be available at this session. Representatives of Massport will review the RFP and provide information related to doing business with the Authority. Proposals will be due no later than 12:00pm on Friday April 14, 2006. Massport and its transportation operating entities exist to enhance and enable the economic growth and vitality of Massachusetts and New England.
