 News Logan Airport Traffic Advisory; Airport Employees Parking in the Chelsea Garage should allow extra time for travel to the Airport May 31, 2006 Please be advised that emergency repairs to the Chelsea Street Bridge will begin on Thursday, June 1, 2006 through Tuesday, June 6, lasting 24 hours a day. The bridge, which connects Chelsea Street in East Boston to the City of Chelsea, will be closed to vehicles and pedestrian traffic during the work. The Boston Transportation Department recommends motorists use one of two alternate routes: the McArdle Bridge that connects to Chelsea via Meridian Street in East Boston, or Route 1. All airport employees parking in the Chelsea Garage should allow extra travel time. To reduce wait time, Massport will be adding additional shuttle bus service for airport employees. |
