 News Logan Airport Firefighters Reach Out to Louis Armstrong International Airport and Offer Aide to Fellow Firefighters September 22, 2005 Massachusetts Port Authority (Massport) Fire Rescue personnel at Logan International Airport and members of Local S-2 of the International Association of Firefighters recently purchased recreation and sports equipment to boost the morale of New Orleans firefighters at the Louis Armstrong International Airport. Many firefighters left homeless by the destruction of Hurricane Katrina are sheltering their families at the airport fire station while they continue to report for active duty. |
