The CMCI, based in McLean, Virginia, is an independent administrative body of the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) and is dedicated to serving the public and the profession of construction management through the establishment of criteria and procedures for certification of construction and program managers.

Mr. Sciple has been with the Port Authority since 1985 and is responsible for construction at Logan International Airport, the public terminals at Bostons seaport, the Tobin Bridge, Hanscom Field, Worcester Airport and numerous waterfront properties.
