 News Massport Complete's Chelsea Gateway Project; Three year community planning effort culminates in beautification of Beacon Street and 4th Street exits August 23, 2005 
Officials from the Massachusetts Port Authority (Massport) joined City leaders to mark the completion of the Tobin Memorial Bridges Chelsea Gateway Project. The $353,000 beautification project is the culmination of three years of community planning that includes landscaping and fencing at the Beacon Street and 4th Street exits. Massport undertook this initiative as part of their contribution to Chelseas Economic Development Program.
