 News Tobin Bridge Traffic Advisories; Closures Are To Allow For Continued Construction Of The Central Artery December 20, 2005 Underpass from Storrow Drive Eastbound and the Ramp from Leverett Circle to I-93 North and Tobin Bridge Night/ Early Morning Ramp Closure The underpass from Storrow Drive Eastbound and the ramp from Leverett circle to I-93 North and Tobin Bridge will be closed at night Monday, December 19, 2005 through Thursday, December 22, 2005 from 11:00 PM to 5:00 and early Saturday morning, December 24, 2005 from 1:00 AM to 6:00 AM (Friday night). Drivers will be detoured over the Gilmore Bridge via O'Brien Highway. Once at Rutherford Avenue drivers for 93 NB will turn left to access the 93 North on ramp in Assembly Square while drivers destined for the Tobin Bridge will turn right and head south on Rutherford Avenue to the Route 1 North on ramp. I-93 North Exit #27 to the Tobin Bridge Nighttime Ramp Closure Only I-93 North Exit #27 to the Tobin Bridge will be closed at night, Monday, December 19, 2005 and Tuesday, December 20, 2005 from 11:00 PM to 5:00 AM the next morning, Drivers wishing to access the Tobin Bridge from I-93 North should take Exit #28 (Sullivan Square), turn right onto Rutherford Avenue and follow the detour signs to the Tobin Bridge on ramp at City Square. |
