Massport seeks proposals for company to provide payphone, prepaid card equipment, and associated public telecommunications sales and services

The Massachusetts Port Authority (Massport) seeks proposals from qualified companies that are able to provide payphone, prepaid card equipment, and associated public telecommunications sales and services at Boston Logan Airport, Hanscom Field, The Tobin Bridge, the Authority's Port Properties, and other facilities controlled by Massport.

The Authority invites proposals from firms who wish to install and maintain payphone and prepaid card equipment. Massport is particularly interested in equipment which offer enhanced payphone services such as video games, photo emailing, low cost internet in addition to traditional voice services. The traditional voice services included in this RFP include local, intraLATA, interLATA cash paid calls and all non-cash paid calls(calling card, collect, third party, 800), per call compensations, and prepaid card sales, received as a result of the use of the pay telephone, prepaid card installed.
