News Massport To Sponsor Forum For Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs); Contract Opportunities Available Related to Airport Construction August 9, 2004 The Massachusetts Port Authority (Massport) is sponsoring a forum to share upcoming business opportunities with Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs). The forum will focus on contracts that will soon be initiated in relation to the construction of Runway 14/32 at Logan Airport. A public forum has been scheduled on August 19 for DBEs interested in learning more about policies for construction and other contract service opportunities on the upcoming Runway 14/32 Project (MPA Contract No. L106-C2, estimated at $50 Million). The forum will also provide information on Massport bid procedures and networking opportunities.
