 News Tobin Bridge Traffic Advsory; Beacon Street Ramp Closure 9/14/04 Please be advised that the Beacon Street ramp on the Tobin Bridge in Chelsea will be closed from 5:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, September 22, 2004. Additionally, a right lane closure from C-7 to C-34 will be in effect to accommodate construction crews preparing new directional signs. The Fourth Street ramp will remain open |
