Automated Teller Machine (ATM) Concession Request For Proposals (RFP).

The Massachusetts Port Authority ("Authority"), owner and operator of Boston - Logan International Airport ("Airport"), invites proposals from qualified firms, organizations or concession operators interested in entering into a non-exclusive Concession Agreement for the provision and operation of Automated Teller Machine (ATM) services at Boston - Logan International Airports Terminal A and two locations in Terminal E. The term of the Concession Agreement(s) will begin on March 1, 2005. The term will terminate at 11:59 p.m. on May 31, 2007.

The Authority will conduct a pre-submission conference and Logan Airport site tour on Wednesday, December 1, 2004 at 10:00a.m. at the Media Room, 2nd Floor Old Control Tower, Boston - Logan International Airport, East Boston, Massachusetts 02128-2909. Questions asked at that conference will be answered at that time or as promptly as possible thereafter.

Copies of your sealed proposal must be received by the Authority at or prior to 2:00 p.m. local time on Tuesday, December 14, 2004 at the office of Mr. Michael A. Grieco, Assistant Secretary-Treasurer, Massachusetts Port Authority, Logan Office Center, One Harborside Drive, Suite 200S, East Boston, MA 02128-2909.

The Authority is soliciting competitive proposals pursuant to a determination that such a process best serves the interests of the Authority and the general public and not because of any legal requirement to do so. The Authority reserves the right to accept or to reject any or all proposals, to withdraw or amend this Request for Proposals at anytime, to initiate negotiations with one or more Proposers, to modify or amend with the consent of the Proposer any proposal prior to acceptance, to waive any informality and to effect any agreement otherwise, all as the Authority in its sole judgment may deem to be in its best interest.
