 News Notice to Interested Parties: South Boston Maritime Park Cafi Food and Beverage Opportunity; Request for Proposals July 14, 2003 The Massachusetts Port Authority will be seeking proposals from qualified persons, firms, or concessions interested in entering into a license agreement for the operation of a food and beverage outlet in Massport's South Boston Maritime Park, under construction on the waterfront. The Authority is committed to the provision of high quality breakfast and lunch items for the Park's visitors. The Authority anticipates opening the Park and the Cafi in May of 2004. Interested parties are invited to attend an information session to be held on Thursday, July 17, 2003 at the Wintergarden of the World Trade Center East Office Building, Two Seaport Lane, South Boston, at 6:30 PM. The World Trade Center East Office Building is located between Seaport Boulevard/Northern Avenue and Congress Street at D Street. The RFP and additional information will be available at this session. Representatives of the Authority will review the RFP and provide information related to doing business with the Authority. Proposals will be due on Friday, September 12, 2003.
