News Massport Will Hold a Public Hearing, Oct. 15; Re: Feasibility Of Fast Lane Discount On Tobin Bridge 10/9/2002 The Massachusetts Port Authority will conduct public hearing on the feasibility of instituting a 50 cent FAST LANE discount for motorists using the Maurice J. Tobin Memorial Bridge. The hearing and the feasibility study are in compliance with Chapter 246 of The Acts of 2002, which provides for certain transportation improvements.
