News Tobin Bridge roadway closures tonight 04/23/2002 Due to a Massachusetts Turnpike Authority and Highway Department construction project the following north-bound roadways and the lower level of the Tobin Bridge will be closed Tuesday, April 23 through Thursday April 25, from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.: The north-bound roadway at the Leverett Circle connector to I-93/North and the Tobin Bridge; I-93 North ramp to the Tobin Bridge; and Rutherford ramp to the Tobin Bridge.
