Board Member - Frederic Mulligan, P.E., DBIA

Fred Mulligan is president of Cutler Associates, Inc., a full-service planning, architecture, and construction firm that serves corporate and institutional clients in manufacturing, distribution, education, senior housing, and government/military industries.

Mulligan is a registered professional engineer and a certified design-build professional with 30 years of construction experience. His company has used the design-build method of turn-key project delivery for more than three decades. By combining fast-tracked and phased scheduling with value engineering, Cutler Associates provides single-source project coordination. This improves the ability to predict project outcomes in industries that are fraught with variables difficult to control. Design-Build Magazine lists Cutler Associates among the country's top 100 master builders.

Mulligan is the past president of the New England Chapter of the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA). He is also an adjunct professor at Worcester Polytechnic Institute teaching in the Master Builder Program.

Mulligan is a graduate of Harvard University's Owner Management Program, and holds a Master's and Bachelor's from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
