Board Member - Paul J. McNally
Paul J. McNally is Business Manager for the Massachusetts Laborers’ District Council. He also serves as trustee for the New England Laborers’ Training Trust Fund, and the New England Laborers’ Labor-Management Cooperation Trust. McNally is dedicated to labor relations in the construction industry, to maintaining an atmosphere of safety and health in the workplace, and shares a firm commitment of service to all 15,000 construction laborers and 7500 municipal public service workers he represents. McNally has a distinguished list of past appointments that include: Assistant Director of Labor Relations for the Associated General Contractors of Massachusetts, Inc. and the Executive Board Member for the Massachusetts State Building and Construction Trades Council. Additionally, McNally was also Representative for the Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont District Council, and was appointed by the General President, and General Secretary/Treasurer Emeritus, to manage the Seabrook Project Labor Agreement as well as handle labor relations with various paper mills for the Maine State Building Trades Council. McNally was appointed to the State Legislative Committee for the Laborers’ International Union of North America, and was appointed by Governor William F. Weld to serve as a Trustee and then Vice Chairman for the Massachusetts Maritime Academy. Term – January 2006 to June 2012 Return to Board Members. |
