Board Member/Vice Chairman - James M. Coull

James M. Coull (Vice-chair), chair of the board of JM Coull, Inc./JMC Environmental Systems of Concord. A former Engineer Officer with the US Army Corps of Engineers, Mr. Coull founded JM Coull, Inc. to provide professional construction services in a wide range of commercial and industrial market sectors. From the company's beginning as a general contractor, JM Coull Inc. expanded to provide a full array of construction management and design/build solutions.

Mr. Coull's firm provides industrial manufacturing, warehousing, food processing, commercial office, retail, and institutional space and has also developed special expertise in working for advanced technology companies in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, microelectronics, and medical device industries.

The company does both new building construction and building renovations, upgrades, and retro-fits in a variety of project delivery formats: design/build, design/assist, and plans and specifications bid.

Mr. Coull has also served as Chairman of the Mass High Tech Council's Environmental Affairs Committee and as a member of the state Department of Environmental Protections Solid Waste Recycling Committee. He is also on the Board of Directors for the Massachusetts Chapter of the preservationist American Chestnut Foundation.
