When making reservations, advise your travel agent, airline, hotel and car rental agent of the specific accommodations you will need. It is recommended that you confirm 24 hours prior to your trip. Most airlines have skycaps who can assist you with curbside check-in. Airlines have Passenger Service Assistants who are available to help customers with disabilities. To request a Passenger Service Assistant ask a skycap or airline personnel at the ticket counter. In flight, remind your flight attendant of the assistance you will need when you arrive at the gate. For additional assistance at the terminal, please speak with your airline personnel. For more information on passengers with disabilities' rights under the Air Carriers Access Act, refer to the US Department of Transportation's Air Accessibility page.
